Instructions

fill a pot with water, add salt and bring to the boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente, once the pasta has began cooking add the oilve oil to a saucepan and bring to a medium heat

add the tomatoes and garlic to the saucepan, cook for 2 minutes then add the wine and cook for a few minutes until the wine smell has gone

add the vegetable stock and cream and cook for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened then add the feta cheese

add the pasta to the saucepan and coat with the sauce

serve as is or add basil or herbs of your choice
