How to make 5-Minute Miso Peanut Butter Noodles

While the noodles are cooking, place a small pan over low heat. Add the water, miso, and peanut butter.
Whisk or stir constantly until the peanut butter and miso have fully dissolved into a smooth, creamy base.
Pour in the soy milk and chilli oil. Once the sauce begins to simmer gently, toss in the cooked noodles.
Stir for 30 seconds to allow the noodles to be fully coated in the sauce, then remove from heat immediately to prevent the soy milk from curdling.
Garnish with sliced spring onions, peanuts and extra red pepper flakes if you want more heat.
