How to make easy shakshuka

Instructions

in a pan place the olive oil and onion and red pepper into a pan and cook for around 5minutes, add the garlic cloves and cook for a further 2 minutes

add the paprika, cumin and salt and pepper and cook for a minute

Add the tinned tomatoes and breakthem down, make wells in the tomatoes and add the eggs.

Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking
