Instructions

begin by bringing a pot to the boil and add the udon noodles, boil until cooked

thinly slice the vegetable, add the peppers and carrots. Put the coconut oil into a pan and add the carrots and peppers and cook for around 5 mins

add the spring onions and cook for 2 minutes or to taste then add the noodles and satay sauce
