The air fryer is the perfect tool to make this cheesecake, it cooks it evenly and quickly, making it ready in just 20 minutes
- Use full-fat cream cheese: While using low-fat cream cheese can help to reduce the calorie content of the cheesecake, it may also result in a less creamy texture. Using full-fat cream cheese will give you a richer, more indulgent cheesecake
- Add some flavor: You could try adding some flavor to the cheesecake filling by mixing in some vanilla extract, lemon zest, or other spices. This will give the cheesecake a more complex flavour and make it more interesting
- Experiment with the sweetener: Erythritol is a low-calorie sweetener that can be used in place of sugar, but it may not be to everyone's taste. You could try using a different sweetener, such as stevia or honey, to see how it affects the flavour and sweetness of the cheesecake
- Serve with toppings: You could serve your cheesecake with some fresh fruit or a drizzle of chocolate sauce to add some extra flavour and visual appeal
