Instructions

in a ramekin combine the apple. cinnamon and sugar and add the water at the end

in a bowl combine the remaining ingredients, oats, butter, protein powder and honey. Mix until you get a crumbly dough

Sprinkle the dough mixture on top of the apple mixture in the ramekin

Bake in the air fryer on 160c for 20-30mins until the top is golden brown and the apples cooked

Remove the apple crumble from the air fryer and let it cool slightly. The ramekin will be very hot
