We decided to create our own rendition of this delicious dish that would satisfy all the cravings you have after a long day of cooking and eating at the local night market

How to make mango sticky rice

glutinous or sticky rice

thick coconut cream

tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

soak the glutinous rice for 6 hours in warm water and then steam it for around 15-20minutes . It should be translucent and soft once cooked

mix the coconut cream, sugar and tiny pinch of salt together and mix into the rice. Cover and let stand for about 30mins

for the sauce mix together the coconut cream, sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved.

cut the mango into bite sized pieces and serve with the rice, pour the sauce onto the rice before serving
