Instructions

1
Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap it in a clean towel or paper towels, and place a heavy object on top for about 20 minutes. Once pressed, cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
2
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, chili powder, water, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
3
Place the tofu pieces in the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour, to allow the tofu to absorb all the flavors.
4
To cook in the airfryer - 180c for 6-10mins, pan fry - cook for a few mins on each side until browned and crispy
5
Serve the honey-glazed tofu with rice, quinoa, or your favorite veggies. Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
