How to make kim chi fried rice

Instructions

bring a pot to the boil and add the rice, whilst that is boiling take a pan and add the cooking oil along with the garlic, vegetables and kim chi and cook for a few minutes until slightly soft

move the vegetables to the edge of the pan and break the egg into the middle of the pan to cook, keep the egg moving to scramble it.

once the rice is cooked, add the rice, sesame oil and soy sauce and gochujang to the pan and mix all together. Cook for a couple of minutes until ready

top with toasted sesame seeds
