Press the tofu to remove excess moisture by wrapping it in a clean towel and placing a heavy object on top for about 20 minutes. Once pressed, cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
2
In a bowl, mix together the tomato ketchup, sugar, gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.
3
Add the tofu to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (for best results, marinate for 1 hour or longer).
4
To cook the tofu - airfry for 6-10mins at 180c or pan fry for a few mins on each side until browned and crispy
5
Enjoy your Spicy Korean Tofu with steamed rice, noodles, or your favorite vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor.
